Course 03
Understanding Different Types Of Land
Waterfront, wooded, farmland, raw acreage. Every land type has its own rules and risks, and this course teaches you to read the land before your client falls in love with the wrong one.
You will learn to recognize what each land type demands: water access rules on the shoreline, timber and habitat considerations under the canopy, and soil and drainage realities on open and agricultural ground, so you can set accurate expectations before your client ever makes an offer.
