Water Rights & Water Access

Owning land near water and owning the right to use that water are two completely different things. This course teaches you the rights, the rules, and the questions that protect your client before they close.

This course builds on the land transaction fundamentals from earlier in the series, giving you the vocabulary and evaluation framework to spot water rights issues before they become closing day surprises.
